Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Provide proof of paid purchase, i.e., receipt of the returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as an in-store credit; to be used by the purchaser within 60 days from original order receipt. This store credit is for the original purchaser. To return your product for refund (store credit) within 14 days from payment date, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping & processing costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy:  Flat rate fee by product group, an additional handling fee per complete order.  Shipping only in US.  No refund. Store credit on returned items, see Return & Refund Policy for more details.
